That was interesting and entertaining. Good food for thought but also takes it to the extreme at many points. The not so profound lesson for men to take from this: women, in general regardless of what some women say and what you will see in the media, do not prefer a man who acts like he is spineless.
The issue with the 'culture' is its manipulation by a media that is liberal. A 'culture' that is represented/created by a circle of people who are over represented by and believe in the emasculated male (among other liberal beliefs). The images they create will be biased toward their way of thinking. Plus the media has its gender-race-ethnicity matrix. Certain males will frequently occupy the low spot on the matrix meaning they will be the favorite target for being made to look weak, stupid, pathetic etc etc. It's incumbent on fathers, ones who take the time to raise their children, to present an image to their sons counter to the media's representation.

My only thoughts are - in the screenshot on the embed, I'd happily do the ones in middle and right, but not the one on the left.

Oh, and that they shouldn't included a public proposal as an example. Doing that is a major faux pas in my book. The rest was entertaining though. I've seen bits of the "apology to women" before, and I cringed to see them again.

Omg the fat guy trying to pick up women needs to get the lat band surgery! As an average guy [not incredibly rich of famous] there is a minimum level of attractiveness you have to meet in order to sleep with any decent looking women; let alone hot ones!

Passive Agressive.
The big guy in the white t-shirt in the beginning. What a set up. You could reverse that with a large female asking guys out.
Any woman who wants a wimpy man she can control is not looking for love.

Whoever made this video comes off as just as whiny and bitchy as they accuse others of being.

Agreed. What else was the woman supposed to do when she didn't want to marry her boyfriend of two months?
A low blow was the 14-year-old girl who took naughty pictures of herself. Dumb, yes, but her suggestion to the creeps who'd been contacting her was surprisingly good: "get off the internet and get a life."

This video makes some good points, but I think it goes too far. Men should be treated equally under the law regarding: reproduction, child custody, child support, domestic violence, assault & battery [equal rights equal fights], etc.
As far as social mores who cares!?! If a guy wants to: be a doormat, pay for womens' dinners, or anything else then that's his choice. If a woman wants to: be slutty (yay for sluts!), be a prude, be bitchy, or take racy photos of herself then that's her choice.
Is it too much to ask for a middle ground? That is treating men equality under the law; while still preserving personal freedom by allowing individuals to choose how to behave in their personal interactions?
For example do this:
o Allow men to have an equal shot in family courts, or even better have presumptive shared parenting.
o Enforce the law equally regardless of gender in all cases. If a woman attacks a man, and the man hits her back; the woman goes to jail.
o Allow men to unilaterally surrender their parental responsibilities after a pregnancy has already occurred; as women currently can by taking advantage of abandonment laws. Or by putting the baby up for adoption without contacting the father [in states with adoption registries]; or by putting the baby up for adoption while only posting a small message in the legal notices section of a newspaper [in states without adoption registries].
But don't do this:
o Try to use legal coercion or taxpayer resources to attempt to force consenting adults sex lives to conform to your ideals.
o Try to use legal coercion or taxpayer resources to attempt to force consenting adults interpersonal relationships to conform to your ideals.
tl;dr - Legal equality and personal freedom. Is that too much to ask for?

Look at the media too - sitcoms and movies commonly show ridicule and disdain for the father - but ridicule a woman and incur the fury of women scorned!

Never has such a concentration of emasculated male patheticity AND misogyny occurred in one video before!
