Skype Accident
I accidentally typed a skype text meant for my boyfriend into the window to the woman who edits me. She found it hilarious and played along:
Amy Alkon: Honey, need to fly in Friday night.stephanie: ok baby
At least I only called him "Honey," and not something more personal and more embarrassing!
I'm going to be content in the knowledge that you call him more embarrassing things without feeling the need to know what those things are.
Y'all so cute!
And if Gregg objects to my using that word, I'd like to point out that I'm using for you as a *couple.*

Recently I accidentally sent a long personal email to Michelle Malkin. I had clicked her website email address in my address folder instead of my friend's which is just above hers. I realized it just after I sent it. I was so embarrassed. I immediately followed up with an apology email. I didn't get any response, so either my email got missed anyway or she understood the mistake and let the matter drop. First time I made such a mistake. Hopefully it's my last.

We are DELUGED with email. I just answered some backlogged ones -- from this past summer. I even missed the one of Kashmir, from Forbes, who did a great piece about the TSA agent who abused me and then demanded money. I try to get to all my email -- at least all my advice requests, but without cloning, I miss some of it.

A coworker who handles billings accidentally forwarded a a detailed description of her medical history to every client in her address book. In the cc field, to boot!
That's what she gets for not using her AoL account for personal mail...

I recently sent an off color joke to a female customer of mine(I'm a male) by mistake. Their name was right above the intended recipient. Realized after it was sent and followed it with an apology. Didn't here back from her.

Friends and family
work
bills
web sites I fequent often
and a throw away for when I have to enter an email to comment on a new website or one I hardly visit

But if you help Amy's finances, she'll put you at the top of her list. ;-) :-D
