Someone once told me he thought Jimmy Hoffa was buried underneath the goalposts at the old Meadowlands stadium. Then somebody else suggested that Hoffa was one of the ingredients of the bricks used to build the Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport.

The Meadowlands story has been going around for a long time, I heard it back when I used to go to New York on a regular basis. What's the name of that movie Jack Nicholson was in, when he played Hoffa?

According to a long-ago acquaintance of mine who insisted he got the real story from a connected buddy of his, Hoffa was divided into five pieces with a piece going to each of the five families.
True?
I don't know. What someone would do with 1/5 of Jimmy Hoffa I don't know ... nor do I want to.
The story's at least as plausible as the one that has him buried under the goal posts at Giants Stadium.
Speaking of which, why hasn't a New York Giants player come up with an end zone dance or gesture that pays tribute to that legend? Instead of the Lambeau Leap, Giants receivers could do the Hoffa Hustle or the Jimmy Shimmy with each touchdown.

Hoffa is alive and well and living next to Jim Morrison on the alien spacecraft.

Great new way for young children to awaken their lazy parents on weekends.
