The Weather lady is fear mongering. The Ice sheet may be its smallest in "recorded" history. Which can stretch from nearly 6000 years ago in its entirety to just a few decades ago in regards to acutely documenting the size and depth of ice sheets.

When the temperature gets hot enough for hippos to wallow in the fiords of Scandinavia as it was during the last inter-glacial period of out current Ice Age (yes thats right we are in the middle of an Ice Age right now, and its colder today than it was 28,000 ya)

A boy, 15, went streaking at a football game as a prank. The law responded by placing him on the sex offender registry. The boy apparently could see no way out of this predicament and committed suicide.

I'll think I'll just be depressed for the rest of the day.

Patrick, that happened in my neck of the woods. Local media has pulled down all the stories they ran on it, possibly under threat of libel lawsuits. I'm keeping an eye on the situation. A Voice For Men is on it.
