So a Florida citizen gets busted with an eight-ball of coke (Third degree felony) and is staring down a maximum penalty of 5 years in jail and up to a $5000 fine.
Florida Republican Congressman busted with an eight-ball (after voting to demand drug tests for food stamp recipients) gets ... drum roll please ...
And nobody seized his car, his bankroll, his home entertainment system ...

I honestly don't know what to make of this new gift idea. Just keep in mind that people actually pay money for it.

At least it's not an American school. This is plainly religious indoctrination. And the penalty of attaching a "racial discrimination" note to the child's record if the parent refuses to allow the child to attend is outrageous. Besides, Islam is not a race.

Depending on prior convictions Gog, that guy seems to have a good 14th amendment lawsuit against the state of Florida, especially if he is black.
Please note that I just Googled and randomly selected a link near the top of the page. I've read more about placenta eating than I ever wanted to know.

I understand placenta goes well with fava beans and a nice Chianti.

I've known two different people in recent years to do placenta encapsulation which is dehydrating the placenta, grinding it into powder, then sticking it into capsules. You then take the capsules supposedly to prevent postpartum depression and low iron. It totally creeps me out, but apparently it's getting trendy here in Portland because I keep seeing advertisements for the service and there are at least three different businesses that offer it. Ick!
