Hummus is like beans, which is like maybe perhaps possibly one of the best ways to have a carb-y-type experience without actually eating rice or bread or spuds.
It's kept some weight offa me, if not in any photo-obvious way.
It's all part of that Lustig thing. Bread is bad for your teeth....

Boy things were much simpler in the '70's and in rural surroundings.
Guys on my campus were just back from being tunnel rats in 'Nam.
Every one shot 22s for fun.
No one really had to take crap off anyone if they didn't want to and people were very aware of that fact.
Guess we were backwards then but this does not seem like an improvement.
