If being a douchebag were a crime, this guy would be on death row.

He apparently saw an instance of police brutality (but we only have his word for it), and has now made it his business to follow the cops around and video record them. Predictably, when the cops perceive they're being followed, they pull him over.

And the video picks up from there. Let the douchebaggery begin!
