"Rudenfreude"
A little term I came up with that you'll find in Chapter One of "Good Manners for Nice People Who Sometimes Say F*ck" (which I sincerely hope you'll buy!). 
In case you're not currently up to going after and punishing the rude, I offer plenty of encouragement in the book. And if you're still not up to it, there's at least the satisfaction of reading about the rudesters I and others make an example of. (Thanks, Steve Miller, of Florida, for letting me use "Dog Crap Booby Trap.")

Yesterday I took my dog to the vet. It's one of those that is inside a Petsmart. A family with 2 boys, maybe 6-8 year olds was there, and the kids were running rampant, scaring the bejeebus out of my poor old dog.
As they ran past me for the umpteenth time I said in a purely conversational tone "You know what they do with kids who run around in here, don't you?" They both stopped and looked at me, and I continued, "They put them in The Cage."
They stopped running around, tho their mother did shoot me a dirty look. Color me heartbroken, she didn't appreciate my small attempt to civilize her barbarian horde.
