Muslim Inmates Sue Over Activist Pamela Geller's "Poke A Dot" Bikini
Geller reports at Breitbart that Muslim prison inmates in Michigan filed a lawsuit against her, claiming her bikini violates their rights:
Muslim prisoners in Michigan filed a lawsuit against Pamela Geller for "wearing a Poke a Dot Bikini In Front of our eyes. We are offended." They demanded their freedom claiming their civil rights were violated. This Islamic supremacism is one and the same shared by the Muslim shooters at our free speech event in Garland, at the Christmas party in San Bernardino, the Paris concert hall, the jihad against Israel, the 9/11 terror attacks, and on and on. Same motive, same piety.David Yerushalmi told me that I had been sued by one or possibly two Muslims apparently who appear to be guests of the Michigan Correctional Hotel and Spa. "They sued you because, inter alia, you wear a bikini to distract them...the court dismissed the complaint on its own because plaintiff(s) failed to file the requisite filing fee or file the correct form to have the fee waived."
A good way to avoid seeing Geller's bikini is to keep to the inventions of the medieval, Enlightenment-combating religion that is Islam -- in other words, stay off the Internet.
Geller notes the protests we aren't seeing:
What we don't see, meanwhile, is what we need to see: why is it that Muslim "moderates" never protest against the Islamic terrorism that they supposedly reject and oppose? Why are there never any mass Muslim protests against this savagery? They claim to reject it, so what are they doing within their communities to stop young Muslims from falling for this supposed "misunderstanding" of Islam? The answer is: nothing. In Muslim communities and among Muslim leaders, they (like Rick Tocket Muhammad and Wayde Albright) spend much more time attacking and demonizing me than they do fighting against the doctrine of jihad that is threatening and killing non-Muslims in the U.S. and worldwide. And that is a stunning indictment of their supposed "moderation."
Well there are moderate Muslims that are advocating for reformation of Islam. http://aifdemocracy.org/
However, the media and the administration ignore them preferring to give a platform to CAIR. CAIR is doing more harm to the reputation of Islam in America than anybody.

"wearing a Poke a Dot Bikini In Front of our eyes. We are offended."
Well, two things:
1. They are prisoners. Prisoners are known for filing frivolous lawsuits; so, this doesn't surprise me.
2. Since seeing certain things "offends" them and they seem to have a problem with closing their eyes perhaps we should do them a favor and put their eyes out. End of problem, they won't have to see anything "offensive" ever again.

First off, it's "polka dot", for me that would have been grounds for immediate dismissal right there. They could not even properly identify the offense.
Meh, just another frivolous legal attempt by prisoners (with lots of time and vivid imaginations) to try to gain their freedom. This one just happens to take a Muslim turn

In front of their eyes? So, she went into the prison and forced them to look at her in a bikini? 'cause that's the only way it would be "in front of [their] eyes."
What really happened is she posed for a picture, they saw it and sued her because they want to get back at her for the Mohammed contest and the failure of the jihadists to disrupt it with violence.
In reality, it's kind of an ugly bikini. And the position she's in makes her navel looks twisted out of shape. Nonetheless,, she's in pretty good shape for a 57-year-old.

Jokes about poking Geller's dots aside, it's true that prisoners file an excrement-megagram of frivolous paper. And the thing is, if not for the procedural missteps these guys made, Geller would probably have to spend money to hire a lawyer and mount a defense, and the taxpayers of Michigan would have to cough up to pay for at least one court proceeding. I would almost support the idea of just flat prohibiting prisoners from filing any paper pro se, except for that one in a million time when such a motion identifies an actual injustice or abuse. The real answer is that judges have to get a lot tougher about dismissing frivolous motions, but I hold no delusions about that happening.

Yes, they chop off heads, beat their women, regard non-believers with contempt, and claim victim status upon seeing a beautiful older woman in a bikini.
Do I have that about right?
