[Howard J. Krongard, who served as the agency’s inspector general from 2005 to 2008] points out that, from Day One, Clinton was never assigned and never used a state.gov e-mail address like previous secretaries.
“That’s a change in the standard. It tells me that this was premeditated. And this eliminates claims by the State Department that they were unaware of her private e-mail server until later,” Krongard said in an exclusive interview. “How else was she supposed to do business without e-mail?”

Time to rearrange your collection of Thomas Kincaid and Margaret Keane and put this sucker up front and center.
In my city, they're converting car lanes to make dedicated bike-only lanes. I'm waiting for the smart ass who will collect the traffic cam footage and counting the # of bicyclists using those lanes. I think the numbers will be "few" and "far between".

IRA, that's a funny article.
I mean who knew that cutting service, raising fares, having fewer routes so it's hard to get home at night, and, last but my favorite, promoting driving would DECREASE riders!
My experience was similar and the last straw was being stranded downtown during a snowstorm as bus after bus went by.
The drivers knew they were heading home but not us riders.
Bought a second car the following month (a '97 Mustang that was sweet) and never looked back.

I'm going to file this under "laws are for little people" until I see Hillary doing the perp walk:
Discussions with Intelligence Community officials have revealed that Ms. Clinton’s “unclassified” emails included Holy Grail items of American espionage such as the true names of Central Intelligence Agency intelligence officers serving overseas under cover. Worse, some of those exposed are serving under non-official cover. NOCs (see this for an explanation of their important role in espionage) are the pointy end of the CIA spear and they are always at risk of exposure – which is what Ms. Clinton’s emails have done.
...
People really go to jail for breaking this law. John Kiriakou, a former CIA officer, recently emerged from two years in prison for unauthorized disclosure of classified information, including exposing the identity of an Agency colleague who was serving under cover.
