Will you get credit for them?
I often keep stuff in my cart for days while I debate...

I'm sorry, I was dumb and vague.
No, my question is this: right now I have about $100 of stuff in that cart that I added prior to clicking your link.
If I click your link (and I did), and I buy the objects (which I haven't yet), will you get credit for that?

She gets credit if you actually buy the item(s) from her mall with the preloaded stuff. But she doesn't get anything for adding from her mall, then taking it out at checkout.
Now if you add her mall item first, then add other things, then remove her mall item she gets credit.
