P.S. Regarding the frighteningly practical choice of wardrobe, I'm writing, and it's cold in here, so the evening gowns are in the closet, and Lucy and I are both wearing those jackets made of recycled plastic milk bottles.
As I'm posting this, she's just started snoring like an old man -- the strangest sound in the world coming out of an sickeningly cute little dog.
My first reaction: "What's a dog in a gym bag have to do with your wardrobe?"
My second reaction: "Oh. Okay."
I'm not the most observant owl in the barn, and saying anything further at this point would likely merit a slap...

heh, I could tell you the story of a black cat who talks like an old guy, but is actually a woman in disguise... maybe you lil' precious IS actually an old guy.... :evilgrin:

Yeah nothing in my house snores as loudly or obscenely as the fifteen pound dog. Not even my fiance.

Software geeks will recall that this effect can also be achieved with kittens. There is nothing new on the internet.
PS— Hey Amy, did Gregg change some parameter in the comment software? When the size of fonts are oncreased in the browser nowadays, characters sometimes scroll off the right edge of the comment 'palette' so that they can't be seen.
