Sent to me via e-mail:

"WELCOME TO THE UNITED KINGDOM. Press '1' if you speak English. Press '2' to disconnect until you can."

Given that every country near it has a different language...that would be bad business.

Fine if you only intend to talk to other Brits I suppose.
