Dr. Barbara Oakley, engineering professor and author of the terrific new book, Cold-Blooded Kindness, told me about this site, Khan Academy, where you can watch YouTube lectures on math and science, free. Great stuff. Here's a Forbes video about what founder Sal Khan is doing:

You've got height='496px' in the code for the video - perhaps try reducing 496 to a smaller number to get rid of the white space.

Actually the height is there twice on the same line - you might need to reduce it in both places.

DIY higher education! This is the future, folks. The traditional university is doomed if it stays on the path that it's on, and I see no evidence that it's ever going to change.
