One of my favorite memories of my cat was me coming home super drunk. I laid in bed dizzy with nausea. My kitty decides this is a good time to massage my stomach, and begins kneading and purring. I push her off and go sit in my chair in front of the computer. She follows me, jumps on my lap and begins kneading my stomach once again. After that there was no way I could hold it in anymore. I ran to the bathroom and puked my guts out.

That was probably for the best, Purplepen.

For my part, I wonder how long I'd manage to sack out on the couch without somebody telling me to wake up.

Can't use snail pellets because of my cats. Tried out once the alternative snail trap of getting a plastic container, burying it in the garden, and filling it half full of beer. The smell attracts the snails then they fall in and drown. Worked perfectly. Until kitty comes in and collapses on the floor, completely passed out. Gf checked the trap and found it empty. She'd drunk at least half a can of beer. A 4 pound cat.

She was fine, slept for over six hours though! And she was mean as hell when she woke up - must have had a monster hangover.

Lucy looks so cute and peaceful.

Ltw, the beer has to be deep enough for the snails/slugs to drown. Otherwise they get drunk and make wobbly slimetracks all over. Yah. Figured this one out personally.

Thanks Laura, I'll bear that in mind. But it was deep enough - until kitty got to it! The experiment was terminated there.
