Had my blood work done. Switched to a low flour/sugar diet in mid-April (carbs from fruit, nuts, mostly). Triglycerides went down 91 points, cholesterol went down 22 (and back into normal range for both).
Before this, I was hardly eating any meat, and protein was mostly cheese. I still eat a lot of cheese.
