It's not just my account -- it's happened to other bloggers as well. Interesting that they're so slow when it cuts into the money I make and increases theirs. My Amazon numbers are down, and a friend just told me she bought $200 worth of school supplies for her daughter through my search window (not a penny of which I got credit for). (Didn't have the heart to tell her.)

I've been reading all the Amazon Affiliate stuff for my kids' school and as best as I can tell, telling parents at the open house that we have a page on our web site where they could buy things and earn the school money would violate their agreement. Any promotions not on their operating agreement page are prohibited and searching for "promo" on that page comes up with no promotion methods. So, I guess no promotions of any type are allowed other than links to products as you do on this post.
