We'll declare them a threatened species, and forbid women from making alterations to a wetland environment.

RE: or maybe not, I was gonna say, so guys are doing it too? I mean, there's half the population that doesn't get bikini waxes, so where are the critters s'posed to go?? Heh. I knew it was too good to be true!

Note that the only source used in the naysayer atlanticwire article is someone from the Skepchick website, who if you recall is run by that same hysterical feminist who threw huge public fits because a guy in an elevator asked her if she wanted to have coffee with her.
That source is thus quite likely biased against something cosmetic that women do that men like.

The source is also claimed to have "PhD in entomology", I don't mean to be funny but my sister also has a PhD in entomology and it doesn't mean she automatically knows anything about the science of pubic lice and Brazilian waxes, that would require some research and investigation into any of the actual science involved, something I'm not convinced the Skepchick girl has done.
That said, I've just read the Skepchick girl's own comments on this, and she herself now admits: "I will say that the evidence is much better than the last time this story made the rounds" but then still goes on about vested interests blah blah.

Sorry: "*coffee with her" => "coffee with him"
