Sometimes My Advice Can Be A Tad Impractical

Why aren't these people in prison?
I want to buy the contents of Flynne's phone calls... So that after she has a spat with her boyfriend, I can bring her flowers and make a move.
Or, I want to know when Gog's having a slow week at his muffler shop, so I can run a sale at my garage across the street at put him out of business.
Anyone have a problem with that?

And!! Earlier this week the AP was shocked, SHOCKED!! To learn that their sources and phone #s were being snooped upon by the Justice Department.
