In other news, there's a different ad for an erectile dysfunction drug which features a rugged man driving a pickup truck, towing a horse trailer, which gets stuck. He gets the horses out to pull the truck out of the mud. This is apparently a metaphor for sexual determination.
Evidently, these drugs make you stupid. Not once did he notice his truck was four-wheel drive.
