With Obama's poll ratings fading, the White House "suggests" that the media stop reporting polling data. I actually sympathize with the general sentiment -- there's way too much of a high-school-popularity-contest aspect to political polling. But this is a transparent move by Obama's people to issue orders to their collaborators in the media. And it will succeed. Mark my words.
