Can it really be true that a high minimum wage coupled w/high welfare benefits have an impact on employment?
Na. Can't be or the Dems/Libs would say so right?
(formatting is weird so go to page 6 to see more from a report Puerto Rico’s government released Monday by Anne Krueger, a former top official at the International Monetary Fund - link below)
"Employers are disinclined to hire workers because (a) the US federal minimum wage is very high relative to the local average (full-time employment at the minimum wage ..."
"Workers are disinclined to take up jobs because the welfare system provides generous benefits that often exceed what minimum wage employment yields; ..."

Speaking of gators, keep your wee little dog on a leash when you're near fresh water in Florida...

Bob in Texas - Holy Moly! That is amazing. I never knew they were so nimble - and can climb.
I am assuming that that one could because it was small and that a larger one wouldn't be able to. But, I won't be taking any chances
