He makes just over minimum wage and says he has to decide each month what it is he could afford to buy.

So, when prices go up in response to higher wage costs, will the minimum wage worker still have "a little more uh money to buy groceries and stuff?" Or will the uh increase in prices needed to cover the uh increase in costs negate that?

He should get at least as much as the state of Connecticut is going after. Read the article and get the popcorn.
