Why is Obi considered "charismatic"? He gives me the jeebies. He is an awful human being, a terrible politician, great at intrigue. Kennedy (both John and Robert), Reagan and Clinton could be considered "charismatic". This guy is anything but.

Spotted at Instapundit this morning: An interesting look at the Stockholm riots by Megan McArdle. The comments are even halfway interesting, and as an added bonus, a commenter named Trimalchio uses the term "juicebox mafia" to describe the "overcredentialed but undereducated and unprepared 30 year-old political staffers whose only skills are political climbing, and those of the same background who advise them from the 'wonk' community."
